What is an expired listing?

In real estate, all listings have a time frame to sell– they are listed for a specific period of time. When that time runs out on a listing, it is expired.

An expired listing is no longer on the MLS® System, They are expired.

The most common reasons why a house does not sell is because of BAD MARKETING or "PRICING ISSUES"
