WHAT IS A TITLE?

A title is very important in real estate. In short, title is a legal term that refers to ownership of something. 

WHAT IS A DEED?

Titles are transferred by deeds. A deed is the actual legal document that would transfer the ownership (title) of a property from one person to another. A deed is signed by the person selling or transferring the property rights, called the grantor. The person purchasing or taking possession of the property rights is called the grantee.

 Joanna Gaines of HGTV's Fixer Upper shows how she used airy colors and plenty of lighting to visually enlarge this small bath. In addition, Jo offers more design tips about choosing tile, mirrors and even shower curtains to make a small bathroom seem larger.

:Dark colors make a space feel smaller, while lighter colors create the feeling of space. Choose lighter shades such as blues, greens, or grays.

Light colored ceramic wall tiles laid from floor to ceiling also create the illusion of space that can be enhanced if you use larger tiles, rather than smaller tiles.
